What is prehab, and how is it different from rehab?
Prehab is a proactive approach designed to improve movement, strengthen weak points and prevent injuries before they happen. It’s about building a resilient body that moves well under daily demands or athletic stress.
Rehab comes in after the fact, focusing on relieving pain, restoring mobility and rebuilding function after an injury, surgery or chronic issue has already occurred.
Is Prehab only for athletes?
Not at all. Prehab is for anyone who wants to move better and prevent injuries: athletes, parents, seniors, beginners and anyone in between.
Will it be too intense for me?
Prehab at PACE is tailored to your current level. We meet you where you are and progress from there.
How many sessions do I need?
It depends on your goals, but most clients notice improvements within a few weeks. We’ll work with you to set the right frequency and timeline.
Do you work with other professionals (coaches, physical therapists, doctors, etc.)?
