What is prehab, and how is it different from rehab?
Prehab is our proactive approach to preventing injury and improving movement before pain starts. Unlike rehab, which helps you recover from an existing injury, prehab is about building body awareness, control, and strength to stay ahead of setbacks.
I’m not injured. Can I still go to PACE?
Absolutely. In fact, most of our clients come to us before pain or injury happens. Whether you’re looking to move better, train smarter, or feel stronger in your body, we tailor your care based on where you are right now.
What can I expect in my first session?
We start with a one-on-one assessment to understand how your body moves, where it might be compensating, and what your goals are. From there, we build a plan tailored to you.
